Smoky Mountain Co-Hosting is a professional co-hosting service. We will operate all of your booking platforms such as your Air BnB, Your VRBO, your Booking.com and your Direct Booking accounts on your behalf!

All payments from all of these platforms come directly to you from every reservation. No payments come to us from any booking on any platform your cabin is reserved on.

Every review left by your guests is owned by you! If you ever decide to leave us, you own all of the accounts that we grew for you, you own all of the reviews on all of your accounts! We act fully on your behalf to grow your brand and your business!

We fully operate on your behalf 100% so you do not need to do a thing! We will schedule all cleaning turnover services for you, schedule all maintenance services, schedule emergency maintenance services, handle 100% of the guest communications, leave reviews for every guest. We are a full service co-host!

We bring all of the creative thinking to the table to help you create and develop your brand. Everything from your cabin name, full listing description writing, photography, videography, promotional materials etc. We have our own in house photographer, videographer, editor etc to help create and build your brand for you...all at a lower cost than the large management companies in the Smoky Mountains!

We are currently accepting applications for additional cabins. Your property must qualify to be taken on as we will not take on every property. We put a considerable amount of time and effort into every new property we take on so we simply cannot take them all on and we are selective of the properties we accept. We like to take on properties that are unique and offer something truly special for the guests as we pride ourselves on an incredible guest experience.
